Northgate Street, Warwick

Ash Mill Developments has awarded a contract to the specialist conservation and renovation builder, Messenger Construction, to complete the multi-million pound restoration of Northgate Street, Warwick.

Ash Mill Developments Limited purchased the entire street in Warwick town centre, including 11 Grade II/II* listed houses in 2012. Previously used as the County Council Education Department offices, of the 18 properties one will be sold in a raw state, four as “shells” and the rest as finished houses. There will also be three new build properties. While preserving and restoring the houses, Ash Mill Developments has cleared some 20,000 square feet at the rear of the site by knocking down a 1930’s office building, enabling them to provide the new properties with landscaped gardens and parking. The row of late 17th and early 18th century buildings are now being sensitively restored to make beautiful family homes.
