Tilt & Turn Juliet Balcony from MACO – More Glass, less Frame

The MACO Juliet Balcony system utilises their Tilt & Turn window hardware to achieve a superior, slimmer Juliet balcony.

MACO’s systems utilises our MACO tilt & turn sash and frame which increases the amount of glass compared to standard Juliet balconies. Due to the increase of glass the increase of thermal efficiency could be achieved when using this system. The benefits this would have for the design also extend to the interior as well. The handles needed for this Juliet Balcony system would be smaller than the standard door sized handles in traditional systems.

The design benefits of this system extend even further as the hinges for this system are concealed meaning no unsightly flag hinges running down the sashes.

The functional benefits of the MACO hinges used in this system are able to hold weights up to 180kg when steel reinforcements are used and run right into the corners. This enables big and heavy sashes to be utilised as well as acoustic glass use is possible.

The Maximum sash rebate width is 1400mm and maximum sash rebate height is 2600mm
